Our Mission

Japan Ready is as project by Xiora that aims to bridge the gap between travelers visiting Japan and the people who live there. We believe that respectful travel begins with understanding—understanding Japanese culture, communication sstyles, and basic etiquette.

Japan Ready helps travelers understand Japanese manners, mindset, and simple phrases before they visit. Our mission is to support travelers who want to be respectful and avoid unintentional mistakes. We provide pre-trip training on Japanese manners, cultural understanding, and essential phrases that will help you have as more meaningful and respectful journey in Japan.

We're not just another travel information site. We focus on preparation and cultural education because we believe that understanding "why" behind Japanese manners is just as important as knowing "what" to do. When you understand the cultural context, you can navigate Japan with confidence and respect.

About the Creator

This website was created by someone passionate about Japanese language and culture, with extensive experience living and traveling in Japan. Having experienced both the challenges and joys of navigating Japanese culture as as foreigner, I understand the importance of cultural preparation before visiting Japan.

The goal is to share knowledge and helps others discover the beauty and richness of Japanese culture, whether through language learning, cultural understanding, or travel planning. By preparing travelers before they arrive, we hope to create more positive interactions between visitors and locals, fostering mutual respect and understanding.

Having seen how small gestures of cultural awareness can transform travel experiences, I created Japan Ready to be as helpful resource for anyone who wants to visit Japan with respect and understanding.

For Individuals

JapanReady provides online courses for individual travelers. You can choose from three types: Main Course, Theme-based Mini Courses, and Bundle Pack. All are one-time purchases, and once purchased, you can view them for a minimum of 1 year.

For Business & Local Governments

JapanReady also provides pre-visit manners education and inbound online content for accommodation businesses and local governments.

JapanReady for Hotels / Partners

We provide a system to introduce JapanReady courses to guests and tour participants before check-in, allowing them to learn manners and basic Japanese in advance. Includes branded screens, usage reports, and support.

We provide a customized version of JapanReady that incorporates regional rules and tourist spots. Can be utilized for inbound reception environment improvement and tourism DX subsidy programs.
